Figure ITAC-induced concentration-dependent stimulation of intracellular calcium mobilization in 颁贬翱-碍1/骋α15/颁齿颁搁3 cells. The cells were loaded with Calcium-4 prior to being stimulated with agonist ITAC. The intracellular calcium change was normalized and measured by FLIPR. The relative fluorescent units (RFU) were plotted against the log of the cumulative doses of ITAC (Mean ± SD, n = 2). The EC50 of ITAC on this cell was 0.26 ?g/ml. P1, P5, P10 and P20 represent the cell passage number.
